Container
A user management and administrative platform for Lirex ST. Front-end development and UI reconstruction for an internal system.
01
An internal system with real responsibility
Container is the platform Lirex ST uses to manage users, roles, organizations, and internal administrative processes. It is not a flashy consumer product. It is the kind of system a company depends on every single day, which makes the quality of its interface genuinely matter.
02
Rebuilding the UI of a working product
During my internship I worked on modernising the interface and rebuilding key front-end parts of the system, improving how it looks, but more importantly how it behaves. Changing the UI of software people already rely on taught me to respect existing workflows while still pushing them forward.
03
Angular and TypeScript in production
The front-end is built with Angular and TypeScript, and this was my first hands-on experience in a production codebase at an IT company. Component structure, code reviews, and shipping to real users: the foundations of how I work today were laid here.
04
What it led to
The internship at Lirex ST in Bulgaria was the start of the path that led through a Human Centred Design degree at Fontys to building client platforms at Beter Bij Ons, and Container is where I first learned that good interfaces are rebuilt, not just redesigned.
